Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 clove pressed garlic
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in an airtight container or 1 gallon freezer bag. Place your venison or beef steak into the marinade and toss to ensure even coating. Leave meat in marinade for 24 hours and refrigerate.
